This service is similar to our phone consultation service.

          This service is provided for people who don't need to talk to Galen personally each time.

If you have general technical questions, or questions about a car you own, or are thinking about buying, please e-mail us your  questions,  Galen will answer up to 10 questions for $100.00.  Payment can be made on Mastercard/Visa Card, Discover or American Express, or you may send a money order prior to Galen providing the service. If for some reason your request, looks to be more than $100.00 charge, we would contact you prior to starting the work.

 

Always include a complete VIN and Fender Tag numbers for the vehicle when submitting your request.  We would prefer digital photographs relating to the nature of your question (s).

 

All E-mail requests must include your first and last name along with the city and state you reside in.  This info must be in the subject matter of the e-mail.   Please include phone number.  Always include the vin number if you have it.  If you don't have the vin please indicate vehicle ID unknown at this time.

Due to the large amount of E-mail we receive you may not receive a reply immediately.  We attempt to answer all emails but sometimes it not possible to answer all emails within a few days time.  If you have not received a a reply from us within 2 weeks from when you sent your original email, please forward your original request with a 2nd request.
